Welcome to Soma Psychology Clinic — a private practice in Singapore offering evidence-based therapy for adults seeking depth-oriented psychological care.

A Practice Grounded in Compassion, Guided by Science

Soma Psychology supports conscientious adults who are outwardly thriving — yet privately wrestling with anxiety, self-doubt, disordered eating or relational patterns shaped by earlier wounds. This is a safe and compassionate space for deep psychological work where we uncover the roots of longstanding patterns, gently unlearn what no longer serves you, and move toward meaningful growth, emotional clarity, and lasting change.

About Soma Psychology

The word Soma comes from the Greek word for body and forms the root of somatic. At Soma Psychology, we recognise that true psychological safety involves both the mind and the body.

If you’re functioning but find yourself stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, anxiety, or self-doubt — or if you’re seeking deep, insightful therapy to process unmet childhood needs through structured, evidence-based therapy, this is a space for that grounded, transformative work.

“Sustainable change happens when we feel safe in our bodies, seen in our stories, and supported by science.”
